Brazos County Warrant Records Brazos County Warrant Records

This is a private reference site, not an office that can confirm or change a case. For official status, contact the court or agency that handles the matter. Brazos County has separate routes for county sheriff process, criminal court files, justice-court cases, and municipal tickets, so begin with the office tied to the case type.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear a court order, accept bond or fine payments, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice. The issuing court controls its order and case status; the Brazos County Sheriff can answer questions about its own warrant and civil-process operations.

Need Official Warrant Information?

Use these official contacts to route a question to the office that keeps or handles the relevant record:

  • Sheriff warrant or county process: Brazos County Sheriff Civil/Warrant Division, (979) 361-4920. For general Sheriff questions call (979) 361-4900; detention and bond questions go to (979) 361-4800.
  • Criminal case file or District Court record: Brazos County District Clerk, (979) 361-4230, 300 E. 26th Street, Suite 1200, Bryan, TX. The counter is open weekdays, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Justice of the Peace matter: contact the precinct court shown on the case. Precinct 1: (979) 695-0136; Precinct 2: (979) 361-4190; Precinct 3: (979) 693-2695; Precinct 4: (979) 361-4402.
  • Bryan municipal ticket: Bryan Municipal Court, (979) 209-5400. For a warrant-check question, the City Marshal line is (979) 209-5445. Bryan directs traffic matters to its court and other warrant inquiries to the Sheriff.
  • College Station municipal ticket: College Station Municipal Court, (979) 764-3683 or CSMunicipalCourt@cstx.gov, 300 Krenek Tap Road. Ask the court about current status, appearance requirements, or payment before acting.
  • Public information request to the Sheriff: use the Sheriff's JustFOIA portal. A records request can produce responsive records, but it is not a substitute for asking the issuing court whether an order is active.

Hours and procedures can change, and contact routing may depend on the case number, court, and date. Give the clerk or agency enough information to identify the file, then ask which record or status they can confirm. For a Sheriff-held record, submit a written public-information request through JustFOIA when a record copy is needed.
